The Ministry of Economic Development reminded when it is possible to extend the duration of the agreement, concluded on 223-FZ

It is possible to prolong the agreement if it provides this right. But it is impossible to change essential conditions, except called in the letter of the ministry. Already stated such conclusion of the Ministry of Economic Development.
In case of prolongation of the agreement in the case under consideration it is possible to change only separate essential conditions, namely: amount and the price of the purchased goods, works, services, completion date.
The ministry notes that the customer shall reflect the changed completion dates in the agreement and place data on prolongation of the duration of the agreement in a unified information system. It is necessary to make it within 10 days from the date of introduction of amendments to the agreement.
Let's remind if not to place such data, then the violator is threatened by a penalty. For officials it constitutes from 30 thousand to 50 thousand rubles, and for legal entities - from 100 thousand to 300 thousand rubles.
