The sports organizations will be able to carry out more state procurements at the unique supplier

Such amendments to the Law N 44-FZ began to work since March 5.
The new law provides an opportunity for the sports organizations to carry out purchases at the unique supplier, the contractor, the contractor on the amount which isn't exceeding 400 thousand rubles. At the same time the annual amount of such purchases shan't be more than 50% of cumulative annual purchasing amount of the customer and shan't exceed 20 million rubles.
Let's remind, at the unique supplier on the amount no more than 400 thousand rubles only certain customers have the right to conduct procurement. Among them - palaces of culture, clubs, libraries. Since March 5 in this list and the sports organizations.
Such organizations can buy goods, works, services from the unique supplier and in other cases.
