The medical organizations can acquire the right without the biddings to sign state contracts with the price not higher than 400 thousand rubles.

It is offered to permit the state and municipal medical organizations to carry out purchases at the unique supplier on the amount no more than 400 thousand rubles. At the same time their annual amount shan't exceed 50% of cumulative annual purchasing amount of the customer and shan't make more than 20 million rubles.
Now no more than 400 thousand rubles only the customers included in "list" have the right to carry out purchases at the unique supplier on the amount. In particular, theaters and the museums treat them. The medical organizations aren't included into this list.
According to authors of the project, the offered changes will allow the medical organizations to increase efficiency of purchases, availability and quality of medical care.
It is interesting to note that project with similar amendments to Law N 44-FZ was already introduced to the State Duma in January, but it was withdrawn and disqualified.
