State procurements юруслуг on protection of the Russian Federation in foreign court are offered to be carried out at the unique supplier

The government introduced the draft with such amendments to the Law N 44-FZ prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development to the Duma.

On the project the list of cases of purchase at the unique supplier is planned to be added with purchase:

- legal services in protection of interests of the Russian Federation in foreign both international courts and arbitration;

- other legal services in bodies of foreign states.

We believe, in the latter case purchases at the unique supplier of other legal services which need to be rendered in bodies of foreign states meant.

Now the unique supplier in the Law N 44-FZ has no bases for purchase described above.

According to authors of the project, an innovation will allow to increase efficiency and efficiency of the specified types of purchases юруслуг.
