The bill «About Introduction of Amendments to Separate Acts of the Russian Federation for Improvement of State Policy in the field of Anti-corruption» introduced to the State Duma by the President of the Russian Federation is adopted in the first reading

The bill «About Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation for the purpose of Enhancement of State Policy in the field of Anti-corruption» is drafted for the purpose of enhancement of the anti-corruption legislation of the Russian Federation.

The bill offers to assign to the Senior Official of the Russian Federation (the head of the supreme executive body of the government of the territorial subject of the Russian Federation) an obligation on check of reliability and completeness of data on the income, about the property and liabilities of property nature represented by the persons replacing municipal positions and separate positions of municipal service.

 The bill contains regulations on a possibility of civil and local government officers to be members of all public organizations, housing, building, civil, gardening, market-gardening, country, consumer cooperatives, condominium, and also to participate in management of political parties. 

  Besides, it is offered to add a circle of people, the information on the income, on property and liabilities of property nature obliged to provide with the citizens arriving in the educational organizations of the higher education which are under authority of a federal executive body in the field of safety.
