Methodical recommendations about questions of submission of data on the income, expenses, of property and liabilities of property nature and filling of the corresponding form of the reference are developed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation (are attached) for use during the declaration campaign of 2017 (for reporting 2016)

Methodical recommendations are developed for the purpose of implementation of the advisory and methodological help in implementation of requirements of the anti-corruption legislation, namely for an explanation of the separate situations arising in case of submission of data on the income, expenses about property and liabilities of property nature.

         Methodical recommendations are prepared with the assistance of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation and the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation and contain the step-by-step instruction for filling of each section of the certificate of the income, expenses, about property and liabilities of property nature, specify what data are subject to specifying and what aren't present, and also include examples depending on relationship status and property situations.

         The specified recommendations are addressed to the personnel services of state bodies and the organizations, serving (workers) and citizens applying for replacement of the corresponding positions.
