The state customer has the right to demand the registration certificate on medicine

Holding an electronic auction, the customer has the right to establish the requirement to submit the registration certificate on medicine in documentation. Such opinion in "letter" was expressed by the Ministry of Economic Development. Department "took" a similar position in December, 2015.

In the new letter the ministry also "explained": if the participant of an electronic auction didn't provide the copy of the registration certificate, and in documentation there was such requirement, the request needs to be rejected.

We believe, the customer should demand from participants the copy of the registration certificate on the purchased medicine. Information specified in this certificate is required for the register of contracts. Since February 1 it is necessary to send to it among other things and data on number of the registration certificate.
