Participants of state procurements till 2018 won't be able to submit all applications in an electronic form through EIS

The government provided one more year to Treasury that it provided an opportunity to participants of state procurements to submit all applications electronically through a unified information system. The resolution on it came into force on January 14.

Before amending "Resolution" N 36 provided an obligation of Treasury to give the specified opportunity to participants of state procurements no later than January 1, 2017. Now department has a new term - no later than January 1, 2018.

Let's remind, under the Law N 44-FZ EIS shall provide an opportunity to submit applications electronically. Now only participants of an electronic auction through electronic platform can do it. Participants of tender, request for quotation, request for proposals can arrange the requests only on paper. It is connected with lack of necessary functionality in EIS which emergence shall provide Treasury till 2018.
