It is offered to fine officials of the state customer for violation of payment due dates under all contracts

The government introduced the project of changes "Administrative Code" of the Russian Federation to the State Duma . Officials of the state customer will be threatened by a penalty from 30 thousand to 50 thousand rubles if they skirt deadlines and a payment procedure under contracts. Now such penalties "are provided" only within state defense order.

On the project for further violation of terms and a payment procedure under contracts the official is disqualified for a period of up to two years.

Let's remind, the Law N 44-FL allows state customers to determine independently in the draft contract payment due dates. The exception is established for cases when "purchase is carried out" among small business entities or socially oriented non-profit organizations. In this situation in the draft contract there shall be a condition about payment in time, not exceeding 30 days from signature date the state customer of the document on acceptance.
