Standard conditions of the contracts providing attraction to their execution of subcontractors, collaborators from among SMP and SONO are approved

Standard conditions of the contracts providing attraction to performance of contracts of subcontractors, collaborators from among small business entities of socially oriented non-profit organizations are approved according to the p. 7 of Art. 30 of the Law N 44-FL.

Standard conditions contain conditions about obligations of the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) and conditions about its rights.

So, it shall be provided in the contract that the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) has the right to perform replacement of a subcontractor, the collaborator from among SMP, SONO with which the agreement, on other subcontractor, the collaborator from among SMP, SONO in case of non-execution or improper execution by initial subcontractor, the collaborator of the liabilities provided by the agreement signed with the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) was signed earlier.

Treat obligations of the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) which need to be included in the contract including:

- attraction to performance of the contract of subcontractors, collaborators from among SMP and SONO of at least 5% of the contract price;

- payment of the works delivered by a subcontractor, the collaborator of goods, performed, the rendered services, separate stages of agreement performance within 30 days from signature date the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) of the document on acceptance;

- provision to the customer of the documents provided by Standard conditions in certain terms after the conclusion of the contract with a subcontractor, the collaborator (including if such agreement is signed when replacing an initial subcontractor, the collaborator by new), and also after payment to a subcontractor, the collaborator of the fulfilled agreement obligations.
