Even if the procurement participant didn't enclose the statement from the register of subjects of MSP in the auction request, it will be accepted

Explanations of the Ministry of Economic Development concern a situation when the state customer carries out purchase only among small business entities and socially oriented non-profit organizations.

Under the Law N 44-FL the participant of such purchase is obliged to provide the declaration on belonging to small business entities. Department considers that the procurement participant can provide the statement from the unified register of subjects of a small and average entrepreneurship as the proof of such accessory.

We believe, the participant has the right to attach the statement in addition to the obligatory declaration. If so not to make, the request will be accepted all the same. Only on one this basis reject it can't.
