Changes are made to Rules of maintaining the register of contracts

Since January 1, 2017 in Rules of maintaining the register of the contracts signed by customers who are approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 28.11.2013 N 1084, in particular, the following will change:

- it is provided that the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation approves the inventory in case of which implementation of purchase the register of contracts joins their consumer properties, including characteristics of quality and other characteristics of subjects to purchase, and structure of such characteristics. Information on such characteristics of a subject to purchase will join in the register;

- the register will join information on the size of advance payment (if the contract provided advance payment), and also the copy of the document on coordination by regulatory authority of the conclusion of the contract with the unique supplier according to item 25 p.1 of Art. 93 of the Law N 44-FL.

Since February 1, 2017 concerning subject to purchase - medicine the register of contracts will join in addition information on the name of medicine (international unlicensed, either grouping, or chemical and trade names), number of the registration certificate of medicine, the name of the holder or owner of the registration certificate of medicine, the name of the producer of medicine, and also a dosage form, a dosage, quantity of dosage forms in secondary (consumer) package.

Since April 1, 2017 the register of contracts will join information on a quality assurance of goods, work, service in the contract and term of its representation (in the presence), and also about approach of the warranty case provided by the contract and obligation fulfillment on a quality assurance of goods, work, service.

Also we will remind what since January 1, 2017 will come into force of subitem of "m" of item 2 of Rules according to which the register of contracts shall contain information on an identification code of purchase.
