Since January 1 Rules of maintaining the register of contracts containing the data constituting a state secret will change

From this date in Rules of maintaining the register of the contracts containing the data which are the state secret, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 28.11.2013 N 1084 including, the following will change:

- maintaining the register of contracts will be performed only by Federal Treasury;

- the register will join information on the size of advance payment (if the contract provided advance payment);

- it will be provided that by the general rule maintaining the register is performed in electronic form;

- an order of forming and the direction of the data provided by Rules as the customer to Federal Treasury, and it will be established on the contrary by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. Now such order is established by Federal Treasury.

Let's remind what since January 1, 2017 will come into force of subitem of "m" of item 3 of Rules according to which the register shall contain data on an identification code of purchase.
