Characteristics of a subject to purchase under the Law N 223-FL shall correspond to the legislation on technical regulation and on standardization

Representatives of department explained that item 1 of the p. 10 of Art. 4 of the Law N 223-FL is the peremptory rule. Respectively, in case of creation of documentation on purchase customers are obliged to be guided by the legislation of the Russian Federation on technical regulation, and also the legislation of the Russian Federation on standardization.

Let's remind that the obligation of customers on establishment of requirements to safety, quality, technical characteristics, functional characteristics (consumer properties) of goods, work, service, to the sizes, packaging, shipment of goods, to results of work, according to the legislation on technical regulation and on standardization arose since July 1, 2016 in connection with entry into force of the Federal law of 05.04.2016 N 104-FL.
