The seminars meetings with customers and suppliers on 44-FL took place

The state committee of RT on purchases together with SUE RT "Centre razvitiya zakupok RT" held on December 13, 2016 a seminar meeting for customers under the Federal law "About Contractual System in the Sphere of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" of 05.04.2013 No. 44-FL. 264 representatives of the state and municipal customers of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in an action.

During the seminar meeting customers received answers to problematic issues of application of the specified law, and also the recommendation of specialists in further work on implementation of purchases.

On December 20, 2016 the seminar meeting for SMP, SSP, SONKO, organizations of persons with disabilities and republican producers on a subject took place: "Participation in procurement according to 44-FL and 223-FL". 12 organizations (14 people) participated in an action. On final, this year, a seminar meeting general rules of participation in procurement, preference for the specified subjects, the most often made mistakes and recommendations about effective participation in procurement procedures were lit.
