State procurement of construction works: the extreme importance of criteria for evaluation of applications is changed

The customer establishes criteria to estimate requests of participants of tender and request for proposals. Since November 25 the minimum importance of cost evaluation criteria for a number of construction works will make 80%, the maximum importance of not cost - 20%.

Change concerns works on a construction, reconstruction, overhaul especially dangerous, technically difficult and unique objects of capital construction. New extreme sizes will need to be applied also when purchasing such works to artificial road constructions.

Now for all listed works the minimum importance of cost evaluation criteria "makes" 60%, and the maximum importance not cost - 40%.

Let's remind, holding a competition, the customer for assessment of requests of participants shall establish cost and not cost evaluation criteria and their importance. The contract price, to not cost - quality and functional characteristics of a subject to purchase "belongs" to cost criteria, for example.
