Energy service contracts can not be concluded, if not before state customer purchased energy

Conclusion Economic Development deals with the situation when the customer last year was not the owner of the building and therefore does not bear the costs for the purchase of energy. This year, he plans to sign energy service contracts in respect of the building.

Office referred to a law N 44-FZ where initial (maximum) price of energy service contract is determined based on the actual costs of the customer for the supply of energy resources over the past year. Consequently, if such transfers were not, the customer will not be able to calculate the price.

Energy service contracts are made in order to save energy and improve the efficiency of their use. This type of contract can be used, for example, the procurement of services for heat supply, water supply, gas supply, electricity supply.
