When the auction was closed one party state customer may enter into a contract with him

Sign the contract is possible, if the application of such a closed auction participant meets the requirements documentation. The customer enters into a contract with this party as the only supplier, contractor or performer. This position is shared by the Economic Development Ministry.

We believe this possibility the customer has. According to Law N 44-FZ, if closed the purchase declared invalid, the customer is entitled to conclude a contract with a single supplier, contractor or performer. The contract in this case need to agree with the FAS.
