Ministry of Economic Development believes that when the contract provides for the delivery of several goods items, the number of products in accordance with the Law N 44-FZ can be changed and the line item. The price of the contract at the same time can not be increased by more than 10%.

Law N 44-FZ allows the parties to the contract to reduce or increase the specified amount of goods it is not more than 10%. This possibility should be installed in the documentation of the procurement and contract. Based on these standards, the agency concludes that it is acceptable to change the number of individual types of goods and the purchase of products in the assortment.

On the issue of changing the contract for the purchase of goods of different kinds of Economic Development as "indicated": Law N 44-FZ does not prohibit under contract to increase the quantity of goods of the same type and at the same time reduce the number of others.
