The additional requirements imposed to procurement participants of works on a construction, reconstruction and capital repairs are specified

Since November 25 will be reworded as follows a position 2 of the N 1 Annex to the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation from 2/4/2015 N 99 and a position 5 of the N 2 Annex to this Resolution.

And in a line item 2 (performance of works construction, included in codes 41.2, 42, 43 (except a code 43.13) OKPD2 if NMTsK exceeds 10 million rubles), and in a line item 5 (performance of works on a construction, and (or) reconstruction, and (or) capital repairs especially dangerous, technically the difficult, unique capital construction projects, artificial road constructions (included in structure of highways of federal, regional or intermunicipal, local importance) if NMTsK for ensuring the state needs exceeds 150 million rubles, for ensuring municipal needs - 50 million rubles) is specified that the additional requirement to procurement participants is experience of execution (taking into account a legal succession) one contract (agreement). Requirements to the act of the performed works provided as the document confirming the procurement participant's compliance to additional requirements are also specified. At the same time the act of acceptance of the performed works and the acceptance act of a capital construction project are excluded from the list of such documents. Besides, works on a construction, reconstruction and capital repairs of unique capital construction projects are added to a line item 5.
