The Ministry of Economic Development considers that it is admissible to include such requirement in regulations on purchase. The customer independently determines rules of carrying out purchases on 223-FL in this document.

The tax declaration - the statement of the taxpayer with data based on which taxes are estimated and paid. By the general rule she moves on each tax which is subject to payment. The declaration contains information on the taxation objects and sources of the income.

Declarations of participants will help the customer to be convinced of their solvency and an opportunity to perform future agreement.
