According to the Ministry of Economic Development if in the application for participation in an electronic auction several countries of goods' origin are specified, it is enough to customer to enter the name of one of them in the register of contracts. Probably, he can solve what of the countries to specify. Department did not clear this question.

It is necessary to reflect the name of one country of goods' origin in the first part of the application for participation in an electronic auction. However the customer sometimes receives applications which contain information on several countries of origin of a concrete item. It is not necessary "to reject" such applications, from the point of view of department, to the customer. At the same time it is necessary to specify in the register of contracts only one of the countries listed in the application.

The ministry already "noted" that the customer cannot refuse the admission to an electronic auction to the participant who on the basis of the declaration on compliance specified several countries of goods' origin in the application. How to reflect the information about them in the register of contracts, it was not explained.

If refuse to the participant the admission because in the application several countries are specified, the official of the customer is threatened by a penalty to 30 thousand rubles.
