The state customer can't terminate the purchase contract of small amount unilaterally

Conclusion of the Ministry of Economic Development concerns all contracts, data on which aren't reflected in the register of contracts. Among them the contracts signed following the results of purchases of small amount at the unique supplier.

To refuse performance of the contract, the customer is obliged to place the decision on refusal in a unified information system. It is impossible to make it concerning contracts, data on which aren't entered in the register of contracts.

Let's remind: that the customer could refuse the contract, in it there shall be the corresponding condition. The Ministries of Economic Development and FAS recommend to include in the draft contract of the basis for refusal of execution which are provided by regulations Civil Codes of the Russian Federation on delivery, rendering services, the contract and other liabilities.
