The state customer should terminate the contract because of the change of the name of the street where services are provided

If you have changed the name of the street that defines the place of rendering services, you need to find out significantly if this change to the contract. If so, the state needs to terminate it by agreement of the parties and conduct a new procurement. So says the Ministry of economic development.

The law N 44-FZ allows you to change the essential terms of the contract only in exceptional cases. They are listed in the Law and are mainly associated with the change. Change the street name in the list. Therefore, the state must assess, change essential terms of the contract. If so, you will have to terminate the contract by agreement of the parties and conduct a new procurement.

The Ministry did not explain why the may change street name: if it is renamed by the decision of the authorities, or changes the place of provision of services. In both cases, the conclusion of Ministry of economic development is applicable. It will help customers to navigate, because the Law N 44-FZ these situations are not resolved.
