Unitary enterprises are required to go to procurement, according to the Law N 44-FZ from January 1, 2017, regardless of the activity

Federal law of 03.07.2016 N 321-FZ (hereinafter - the Law No. 321-FZ) extends the Law N 44-FZ on state and municipal unitary enterprises from 1 January 2017.

As pointed out by the representatives of the Ministry of economic development, customers in the organizational-legal form "state (municipal) unitary enterprise" from January 1, 2017, regardless of the types of their activities are required for the procurement by the provisions of the Law N 44-FZ and will be able to use the right procurement in accordance with the provisions of Law N 223-FZ only in cases specified in part 2.1 article 15 of the Law N 44-FZ (in edition of the Law No. 321-FZ).
