How to calculate the commodity unit price (works, services) which joins in the contract signed by results of an electronic auction?

According to representatives of department, by results of running an electronic auction the customer perfroms calculation of unit price of goods (work, service) which he includes in the draft contract placed by it in EIS according to the p. 2 of Art. 70 of the Law N 44-FL.

For this purpose after determination of the winner of an electronic auction the customer calculates coefficient of decrease in NMTsK to the price of the contract offered by the winner during running an electronic auction. As specialists of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation specify, entering of decrease by the customer of such coefficient means that unit price of goods (work, service) will be reduced by the size of the specified coefficient. This adjustment will have the pro rata, that is proportional nature caused by results of arithmetic, but not any calculation. At the same time the amount of unit prices of goods (works, services) shall correspond to the price offered by the winner of an electronic auction and specified in the electronic auction protocol.
