What cases it is necessary to place the report on results of a separate stage of performance of the contract in EIS?

According to representatives of department, in that case when in accordance with the terms the signed contract rendering services of the lasting nature or daily (weekly, monthly, etc.) delivery of goods (performance of works, rendering services) is performed, and stages of its execution (including a staging of payment) aren't provided by terms of the contract, but acceptance and payment of the delivered goods (the performed works, the rendered services) are made in certain periods (for example, monthly or quarterly), acceptance, payment and examination of a part of the delivered goods (the performed work, the rendered service) is also a separate stage of performance of the contract.

Therefore as specialists of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation specify, by results of such partial acceptance, payment and examination of goods (work, service) it is necessary to constitute and place the report on results of a separate stage of performance of the contract provided by the p. 9 of Art. 94 of the Law N 44-FL in EIS.
