Whether it is possible to charge to the employee of contractual service fulfillment of duties from the professional standard on other position?

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation stated the line item on application of the professional standards "The Expert in the Sphere of Purchases" and "Specialist in the Sphere of Purchases". In particular, specialists of department specified that taking into account specifics of activities the employer by agreement of the parties of the employment contract as it should be, stipulated in Clause 72 Labor Codes of the Russian Federation, can expand the list of labor actions on separate positions, professions, specialties in comparison with the list provided: the professional standard on the corresponding labor functions, due to labor functions and labor actions from other generalized labor functions of one professional standard or labor functions from adjacent professional standards. Thus, the employer can distribute or unite the labor actions containing in the description of the separate labor functions provided by professional standards within one or several positions, professions, specialties independently determining content and amount of the work which is carried out by the corresponding worker.
