The person is recognized evaded from the contract in 13 days after placement of results of an auction

The customer can recognize the winner of an electronic auction evaded from the conclusion of the contract not earlier than in 13 days from date when in the unified information system (UIS) the protocol of summing up is placed.

Conclusion of the Ministry of Economic Development is reasonable including the fact that the winner has the right within 13 days from the date of emergence in EIS of this protocol to place in it the protocol of disagreements to the draft contract.

Department also notes: if the regulatory authority suspended the conclusion of the contract, it is impossible to recognize evaded from it the winner who didn't sign the draft contract timely.
