The state customer has the right to demand the copy of the registration certificate on a medical product

Conclusion of the Ministry of Economic Development concerns an electronic auction which is held under the Law N 44-FL. Department explained: if the participant didn't include the copy of the registration certificate while in documentation the requirement to provide it was established in structure of the request, the request is rejected.

We will pay attention, FAS notes the following. The customer has the right to provide that the second part of the application for participation in an electronic auction shall contain the copy of the registration certificate on a medical product or information on this certificate. If in the request its details are specified, the name of a medical product and the information about the producer, a deviation of such request can limit the number of participants.
