The customer shall sign the contract for lease of the parcel of land under the Law N 44-FL

The conclusion of the contract for lease of the parcel of land doesn't include in the list of the relations to which operation of the Law N 44-FL doesn't extend.

It should be noted that the contract for lease of the non-residential building, structures, a construction or the non-residential premise the customer has the right to conclude with the unique supplier. Customers who are in a foreign state can also lease from the unique supplier premises in the building located in the territory of this state.
