Placing data on purchase on the Law N 223-FL in EIS, it is necessary to estimate term by general rules

The customer who places information and documents in the unified information system (UIS) according to the Ministry of Economic Development, has to be guided including the order of calculation of terms provided in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Earlier department specified: period of placement in EIS of the protocol signed on Thursday comes to an end on Sunday. The ministry didn't consider the provision of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation that if the last day of period is unoperated, then period will end in the working day following it.
