The organizations of a penal correction system have no right to participate in purchases among SMP

Organizations and the entities of a penal correction system can't participate in purchases under the Law N 44-FL among the small business entities (SBE) and the socially oriented non-profit organizations (SONPO) as they aren't them.

It should be noted: if subject to purchase is specified in the inventory when which purchasing the customer shall provide benefits to the organizations of a penal correction system, then it is impossible to establish in the notice that participants only SMP and SONO has the right to be.
