In case of state procurement of communication services it is impossible to require to allocate specific IP addresses

As specifies the Ministry of Economic Development, the customer has no right to provide in documentation on purchase of communication services the requirement about that allocated it specific IP addresses.

We believe, a conclusion of department is proved by the following. It is possible to recognize the customer who established such condition broken provisions of the Law N 44-FL as there is a competition restriction. This restriction is expressed that only one telecom operator will conform to requirements.
