The procedure for signing agreements on compensation is included in the regulations on procurement and documentation

The line item of the Ministry of Economic Development is proved by the following. The customer establishes rules of purchases under the Law N 223-FL in regulations on purchase. Carrying out purchases, it shall be guided including the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The code doesn't prohibit to sign agreements on a compensation.

We believe, the customer has the right to stop agreement obligations, having signed with the partner the agreement on a compensation as it should be who is provided by a provision and documentation on purchase.

We will remind: according to regulations of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation as a compensation it is possible to pay a money or to transfer other property.

RT State Committee on Procurement announced savings of 5.3 billion rubles of budget funds

Since the beginning of the year, procurement notices totaling more than 270 billion rubles have been published by participants in the public procurement system from Tatarstan, and contracts worth 262 billion rubles have been concluded.
