Purchase at organizations of persons with disabilities will be included into the list of purchases at the unique supplier

In the list of cases when under the Law N 44-FL purchase at the unique supplier is possible, it is offered to include purchase at organizations of persons with disabilities of those goods, works, services which are entered in the list approved by the government.

The total price of purchases at such organization in a year won't be able to exceed 20 million rubles, and their amount will shall make no more than 50% of the total amount of purchases for this period. As authors of the bill specify, it is directed to that to provide to organizations of persons with disabilities additional support from the state.
