It will be impossible to involve the person affiliated with the contractor in performance of the contract

The prohibition is established in the draft of amendments to the Law N 44-FL. This requirement is applicable when the supplier, the contractor, the contractor undertakes to involve the small business entity (SBE) or the socially oriented non-profit organization (SONPO) in performance of the contract.

In case of violation of a prohibition the amount of attraction won't be considered in purchasing amount at SMP, SONO.

We will remind, are recognized affiliated including the physical persons and legal entities capable to influence legal entities who are engaged in business activity.
