In the agreement signed under the Law N 223-FL it is necessary to specify the term of its execution

Such conclusion of the Ministry of Economic Development is proved by the following. The law N 223-FL obliges the customer to enter data on the agreement in the register. The order of forming of these data establishes that in the register of agreements start and end dates of their execution are specified, in particular.

It should be noted: in the register it is also possible to specify the conditions signaling about the beginning and the end of agreement performance. For example, the parties have the right to provide that agreement performance will stop when the customer pays the delivered goods. We believe, in a similar case in the register it is admissible not to reflect specific date.
