The public companies will carry out purchases under the Law N 223-FL

Since October 2 new provisions of the Law N 223-FL will begin to work. They oblige the public companies to carry out purchases for satisfaction of the requirements according to this Law. For implementation of such purchases the supervisory board of the company will shall approve regulations on purchase.

We will remind, the public company is the non-profit organization which the Russian Federation creates based on the federal law or the presidential decree. It is formed including for development of economy and implementation of especially important projects, state programs.
