There is no declaration on the country of goods' origin in the second part of the application - it is impossible to reject it

The commission shall not reject the request if in the notice on electronic auction conditions about the admission of foreign goods are established, and the participant has not included the declaration on products country of source in structure of the second part of the request.

In such situation the decision on whether to provide benefits by order of about conditions of the admission of foreign goods, can be accepted based on the data on a country of source specified in the first part of the request. It is connected with the fact that the request consists of two parts, they shall be considered in total.
