It is impossible to provide with one bank guarantee performance of several contracts

The Ministry of Economic Development specifies: an opportunity to provide several contracts with one bank guarantee is not provided by the Law N 44-FL. Under each contract it is necessary to provide separate providing.
We will remind that there are two methods to provide performance of the contract. One of them - to deposit money to account, specified by the customer. The second - to provide the bank guarantee issued according to the Law N 44-FL. Such guarantee shall be irrevocable. In it it is necessary to specify liabilities which proper execution is provided.

The event was attended by Viktor Demidov, Chief Federal Inspector for the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Kadyrov, Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as vice-rectors for youth policy at leading universities in the Republic.
