It is impossible to reject the application in which indicators of item are specified in the form of range
Conclusion of the Ministry of Economic Development concerns a case when in auction documentation indicators of item are specified in the form of range, and the range corresponding to documentation with deviations, admissible state standard specification or specifications is reflected in the application.
It should be noted: the position of the ministry of a question whether it is possible to specify in the application characteristics of item in the form of range, is ambiguous. So, department repeatedly expressed opinion according to which the participant has to provide the concrete values conforming to requirements of documentation in the application.
