Qualification of the expert and specialist in the sphere of purchases shall correspond to professional standards

According to amendments to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation if the regulation establishes requirements to qualification of the employee, professional standards in their part for employers are obligatory.

The law N 44-FL provides such requirements. For example, the contractual managing director, the employee of contractual service shall have the higher or additional professional education in the sphere of purchases. We will note, this Law allows to work till January 1 at these positions to persons which have got professional or additional professional education in the field of order placement under the Law N 94-FL.
