Liquidation of the customer at a stage of contract signature does not influence purchase execution

The rights and obligations on contract signature can be transferred to the new customer.

The Ministry of Economic Development proves a conclusion by the fact that specific cases of replacement of the customer are not listed in the Law N 44-FL.

The opinion of department concerns a situation when the contract is signed with the unique supplier. However we believe that this line item is applicable also in case of other methods of determination of the supplier, the contractor, contractor.

The ministry has not specified how replacement of the customer influences contract signature terms. We consider that terms do not change and the parties are obliged to observe them.

We will remind, contract signature term with the unique supplier, the contractor, the contractor shall not exceed 20 days from date when the customer has received coordination of the conclusion of the contract with the unique supplier.
