Prolongation of the agreement is new purchase under the Law N 223-FL

It obliges the customer to place in a unified information system of the data on automatic prolongation of the agreements signed before entry into force of the Law N 223-FL (on January 1, 2012).

The Ministry of Economic Development proves such approach by a line item YOU the Russian Federation. The court specified: the automatic prolongation of the agreement means that between the parties the new agreement which conditions are identical to conditions of initial works.

We believe, as new purchase it is possible to consider also prolongation of the agreement signed after the Law N 223-FL has come into force. Information on her needs to be entered in the register of agreements.
