The budgetary institution can pay the contract for the Law N 44-FL at the expense of the income

Such conclusion follows from explanations of the Ministry of Economic Development: The law N 44-FL does not prohibit to budgetary institution to finance purchase under this Law at the expense of own income.
We will remind, on such means the organization has the right to carry out also purchases under the Law N 223-FL. For this purpose it is necessary to accept and place in a unified information system the regulations on purchase corresponding to this Law prior to the beginning of a year in which procurement is conducted. Within this year the decision to carry out purchases under the Law N 223-FL cannot be changed.
