The power service contract since June 11 joins a condition about cession

Power service contracts will shall contain the following condition: the contractor can yield fully or partially the right to require payment if it does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Such changes are made to requirements to conditions of power service contracts. These contracts are signed to preserve energy resources and to increase efficiency of their use (for example, in case of gasoline supplies, coal or purchases of services in water supply, water disposal, heat supply, gas supply).
