Since July 1, come into force professional standards in procurement

Department of Economic Development of Russia contract system prepared a letter on the issue of the implementation of professional standards "specialist in procurement" and "expert in the field of procurement," prepared a letter of 6 April 2016 D28i-841.

The professional standard in accordance with paragraph 25 of the Rules of development, approval and implementation of professional standards, approved by the Russian Government dated 22 January 2013 number 23 is used by employers in the formation of personnel policy and personnel management at the organization of training and certification of employees, development officers instructions, charging papers, awarding wage categories for employees and establishing pay systems allowing for the organization of production, labor and management.

Thus, given that the Russian legislation in the field of procurement set out the requirements for the qualification, professional standards in terms of these requirements are mandatory for employers.
