A meeting of the Public Council under the State Committee of Tatarstan on purchases

10 June 2016 held a meeting of the Public Council under the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on purchases, with the participation of the acting Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on purchases A.V. Artjushinoj.

The meeting considered the question of violations identified by members of the Public Council, during the analysis of procurement by customers of the Republic of Tatarstan. Made the decision to send informational letters to customers whose purchases found violations of the Federal law of 05.04.2013 No. 44-FL "On contract system in procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs".

In addition, they discussed measures aimed at expanding the range of persons involved in public procurement, and measures aimed at simplifying procedures for participation in tenders.
