Customer, who prohibiting Turkish companies to participate in the procurement may not require declaration

When according to the documentation to companies from Turkey is forbidden to perform work (provide services), the participant is not required to submit additional documents in the application. These include a declaration that the party organization is not controlled Turkish citizens or businesses.

According to Law N 44-FL customers include notification and documentation requirement that the legal entity party should not be a Turkish organization. This requirement can be set within the framework of the application of national treatment.
